Our Shiva Special Plum Jam is made from organic plums harvested in Barrydale. Packaged in a 352gram glass container, we infuse our plum jam with ginger, vanilla and lemon.
Our jams are made with brown sugar, less sugar than conventional jams and we use 70 % fruit and 30% sugar and lemon juice.
